| Skill Details: | All levels. Knowledge of free-motion function is useful. (You will not be doing "organized" free-motion quilting!) Beginner level is perfect. |
| Materials Included: | scraps to use, tulle, disolvable film |
| Requirements: | Sewing machine, bobbin thread in colors (pick randomly), monofilament thread, fabric scraps in fun colors, cutting mat (cheaper the better - this process messes up a cutting mat so I suggest a Dollar Store version), rotary cutter with sharp blade |
